Patriot Yawl - Add a chain gypsy and dodger

Does anyone have experience adding a chain gypsy to one of these old Ideal windlasses? 

Also, I'm up on Lake Ontario and all the canvas people have disappeared! Nobody seems to want to make a dodger without access to the boat. Does anyone have a pattern for a yawl and vendor who you think would be willing to make one for me and just ship the frame and canvas / hope for the best?

One more question! I am having trouble with water intrusion on my bulwark teak varnish - has anyone gone bare + oil on that teak with success?

Dodger. Don’t imagine yawl and sloop would be any difference as it pertains to shape of the cabin top, but if you give Natalie Grimm a call at backchannel canvas she did a new dodger (looks really nice) for Dark Horse recently and currently making a new one for Prana. She expressed interest in building one for you when I spoke to her today if you haven’t found anyone else
