Has anyone ever replaced their galley counter tops? If so, what material did you go with? I'm going to be rebuilding a good portion of the galley and am considering installing solid wood (butcher block style), stainless steel, or stick with Corian. Curious if anyone has anything other than the original counter top material?

Couple winters ago - finally upgraded the counter tops . Went with a flat white Formica . Seems to compliment the Herreshoff painted interior

Has the formica held up well? I'd love to see a photo if that's possible, no worries if not! Thanks for the reply.
