Sailing Yachts
For almost thirty years, John M. Pratt was a service manager at The Hinckley Company in Southwest Harbor, ME. During the 1980s and 1990s, John supervised several upgrade/retoration projects on our TECUMSEH (#3558, now CAPER). THC's bean counters dismissed John (and others representing an aggregate of 90 years experience) this past January. Happily, John has relocated as Service Manager at Atlantic Boat Co.. He is available to any Pilot owners who wish to discuss service and/or restoration projects. We can personally attest to John's knowledge of Pilots and his dedication to craftsmanship. There's nothing in it for us except to see this fine gentleman come up standing on his feet. John can be reached at:

Not so sure it was the bean counters. Change in management in Southwest Harbor. Changes don't sit well with me either. I visited Atlantic Boat in August during our summer cruise to Maine. I liked what I saw and have decided to store there this winter. I was a Pilot owner for nine years. Now sailing a B40 sloop.
