Repower - Engine HP
Small Island’s 37HP Westerneke 4-108 is too old to refurbish. So we plan to repower. Does anyone have an opinion about whether a 29HP Yanmar 3YM30AE is a good choice? In particular, will 29HP (which might be enough for coastal cruis8ng) be enough for offshore?

I think you'll be fine. Strummer had a Yanmar 30 hp for years which was no problem. She now has a Beta 29 hp.
