Does anyone have any recommendations for gimbaling cooktops? I'm thinking of eliminating the full overn/range and just a 2-3 burner cook top

Thanks Warren, I will look into those cooktops! I really like the idea of having the extra storage where the oven was.

Hi Sawyer, Gygax uses a Wallas diesel cooktop with heater, not gimballed. A previous owner installed it, but I do like it for simplicity, and the extra storage space it affords (no gas bottles). Ours is not gimballed, I have thought about buying some removable fiddles for safety at anchor. There are gimbal kits available in market, maybe a nice solution? Also, note that because there is no oven, we have extra storage with extended cabinets, too.
